30 ml Musgrave pink gin
30 ml Barker and Quin Hibiscus tonic water
30 ml Leopard’s Leap Culinaria Muscat
Leopard’s Leap Classic Sparkling Wine, to top up.
2 dashes bitters
lemon-twist, for garnish
Method
Shake and strain into a flute, top with sparkling wine and garnish with lemon-twist.
