SUGAR, SPICE AND ALL THINGS NICE MOCKTAIL RECIPE

We will always love a glass of wine to warm up a winter's day, but there are times and occasions when you need an alternative to alcohol. Add some sugar and spice and you can make even the coldest weather nice!  Try our mocktail recipe using the Leopard’s Leap Natura De-Alcoholised Classic Red and forget all about the cold!

Ingredients

1 bottle Leopard’s Leap Natura De-Alcoholised Classic Red

1 litre apple juice

2 sticks cinnamon

8 whole cloves

3 star anise

zest of 1 orange, plus the juice of the orange

4 thin slices fresh ginger

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a large pot.

Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

Leave to slightly cool, remove spices and serve warm.
