VALENTINE’S MENU FOR THE CONFIDENT COOK

Having someone cook for you is very romantic, so if you want to treat your loved one this Valentine’s Day, put on your sexy confidence and prepare our menu for the Confident Cook.

As you will be focusing your efforts on the kitchen, leave the wine choice up to us. For this menu, you can actually work with only one wine, our very versatile Culinaria Pinot Noir Chardonnay! (But we give you a few alternatives as well.)

Starter: Tuna Sashimi

(alternative wines to try: Culinaria MCC or Leopard’s Leap Chardonnay Pinot Noir)

Main: Duck breast with plums and parsnip puree

(alternative wine to try: Leopard’s Leap Merlot)

Dessert:  Cardamom Plum Fool

(alternative wine to try: Culinaria Muscat de Frontignan)
