Bastille Festival French-Inspired Lunch
Bastille Festival French-Inspired Lunch
Book your place at the generous Leopard’s Leap kitchen table and join us for the popular annual Bastille Festival lunch!
This year, we compare two of France’s famous stews: Coq au Vin and Bœuf Bourguignon with two local potjiekos favourites: Lamb Shank with Dombolo and Chicken Chakalaka!
Book per couple to share the four dishes with their accompaniments and learn more about how French cooking have influenced our local cuisine and also, the difference between our local potjies and the classic French recipes. Chef Christiaan Visser's main course will be served with an array of sides, while the complementing wine from the Leopard’s Leap French-inspired Culinaria Collection will be served and introduced by Leopard’s Leap Winemaker, Renier van Deventer.
Canapés and MCC will be served on arrival, while a delicious dessert with wine pairing will conclude the three-course wine-paired lunch experience.
The price is R695 per couple - tickets are sold per couple as the food will be served for two.
