Blue Hurricane

Ingredients

30 ml vodka

30 ml Leopard’s Leap Unwooded Chardonnay

30 ml Blue Curaçao

30 ml Pineapple Juice

60 ml Soda Water

30 ml lemon juice

Garnish: pineapple wedge and cocktail umbrella

Method

Add all ingredients, except the soda water, into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. (Or blend all ingredients with ice in a blender.).

Strain into a Hurricane glass over crushed or pebble ice. (Or pour from blender into glass with no ice).

Top up with Soda Water

Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cocktail umbrella.
