Bocconcini skewers

Ingredients

150g Bocconcini, drained

6 pieces sundried tomatoes in oil, cut into quarters or replace with fresh rosa cocktail tomatoes

20 basil leaves

20 small skewers

Method

Put a bocconcini on a skewer, followed by a piece of sundried tomato

Dip the basil leaf in the sundried tomato oil and put them on the skewer.

Serve on a platter and drizzle with a little olive oil
