Cocktail Charcuterie with Leopard’s Leap Chardonnay Pinot Noir

For the most fun you'll ever have preparing canapés and cocktails, try this delightful alternative recipe by Dine with Tasha! It is so pretty and the perfect partner to Leopard’s Leap Chardonnay Pinot Noir for easy, but elegant entertaining.

Ingredients: (per single serving)

¼ Cup nuts (pistachio and almond)

1 Breadstick (divided into 2)

1 Flatbread cracker (divided into 2)

½ Cup grapes

¼ Cup blueberries

1 Olive

½ Semi-soft cheese round

1 Cherry tomato

1 Mozzarella cheese stick

5 Salami slices

1 Small triangle of Cambozola cheese

2 Fresh cherries

Rosemary sprig

Add the nuts to a coupe or cocktail glass to form a base for the other ingredients. 

Place the breadstick and cracker upright, then layer the grapes and blueberries on top of the nuts.

Place the olive, ½ the cheese round and a cherry tomato onto a small skewer and add to the glass.

Roll the mozzarella stick into a round, secure with a toothpick and add to the glass.

Arrange the salami slices to overlap one another, then fold in half and roll them up tightly, securing with a toothpick.

Place the Cambozola on a toothpick and place in the glass, along with the cherries and garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary.

Chill a couple of bottles of Leopard’s Leap Chardonnay Pinot Noir and you’re ready to entertain!
