Coconut Chocolate Truffle Recipe

Vegan Chocolate and Coconut Truffles


1 tin or 400 g Coconut milk

400 g Dark chocolate - 66% or more


Bring the coconut milk to the boil, pour over the chocolate and stir.

Pour the melted chocolate into trays, lined with plastic.

Set in the fridge for minimum 1 hour.

Remove and roll into walnut size balls - serve at room temperature.

Delicious with Leopard's Leap Merlot!
