Ingredients
45ml vodka
15ml triple sec
15ml cranberry juice
15ml freshly squeezed lime juice
Dash simple syrup
Ice
60ml Leopard’s Leap Sparkling Cuvée Brut
Method
Combine vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice, lime juice, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until very cold. Taste and if the mixture seems to tart, add a dash of simple syrup or agave.
Pour into a chilled martini glass then top with Leopard's Leap Sparkling Cuvée Brut.
