LEOPARD’S LEAP BIG BITE SANDWICH

After the decadence of our festive meals, there are always some delicious leftover cold cults which when assembled in our take on the Club Sandwich, turns into an easy, hunger-busting and fabulous sandwich.

Replace the meat in the below recipe for whatever you have available, almost anything will work.

Ingredients:

  • 3 slices of bread
  • ½ tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salad leaves
  • ½ dill cucumber, sliced
  • 3 thin slices pork belly
  • ½ tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • ½ tomato, thinly sliced
  • Some left-over chicken
  • ½ tbsp chutney

Toast the slices of bread

Start your first layer: a slice of bread/mayonnaise/salad leaves/sliced dill cucumber/pork-belly/sweet chilli sauce

Now add another slice of bread followed by chutney/salad leaves/tomato/chicken/mayonnaise

Finish off with your final slice of bread.
