10 – 12 fresh mint sprigs
15 ml simple syrup
180 ml Leopard’s Leap Natura Classic White
180 ml soda water
lemon and lime slices
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint with the juice of 1 lime, the simple syrup, the Natura and a handful of crushed ice.
Pour into 2 tall glasses over more ice. Top up with soda water.
Garnish with lemon and lime slices.
