MOJITO IN A JUG WINE COCKTAIL

Mojito in a Jug  

Ingredients

5 limes, quartered

30 - 35 fresh mint leaves

½ cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar

250 ml white rum

500 ml Leopard’s Leap Classic Unwooded Chardonnay

500 ml sparkling water

 

Method

In a large jug, muddle limes, mint and sugar until very wet and sugar begins to dissolve.

Add the rum and wine and stir to dissolve sugar fully. Chill.

When ready to serve, add the soda water to the jug and pour into tall glasses filled with ice. Garnish with additional fresh mint leaves and lime wedges.
