NATURA PALOMA MOCKTAIL

Natura Paloma – Naloma

Ingredients

1 litre fresh grapefruit juice

500 ml sparkling water

125 ml lime juice

2 tablespoons honey

1 bottle Leopard’s Leap Natura White

1 lime, cut into wedges, for garnish

coarse salt, for rim

1 grapefruit, thinly sliced, for garnish

Method

For the paloma jug:

Pour the grapefruit juice, lime juice, wine, sparkling water and honey into a large jug and stir to combine.

For the individual drinks:

Cut a slice in the middle of the lime wedge and run along the entire rim of the glass, then dip the rim into the salt.

Place a grapefruit slice into each glass, fill with ice, then fill each glass with the paloma mixture and serve!
