Choose enough fresh prawns for your family and have them help you to clean the prawns.

Now fry in a pan with butter, salt and pepper. It takes about 8 minutes depending on the size of your prawns

Into a pot goes about a quarter cup of Worcestershire sauce, two knobs of butter, half an onion (finely chopped), a few sprigs of thyme, a touch of paprika, a squeeze of lemon, a splash of cream and another knob of butter or two if you feel that way. Whisk until your sauce is smooth and velvety.

When the prawns are cooked, pour the sauce into the frying pan and stir through.

Serve with green salad, lemon wedges and crusty bread, to mop up all the juices. If you have not yet opened the wine, now is the time! We recommend Leopard’s Leap Classic Chardonnay Pinot Noir!
