150ml Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir
150ml Apple Cider
50ml Pomegranate Juice
Crushed ice
Pomegranate rubies
Method
Fill a glass with crushed ice,
Pour Apple cider and pomegranate juice over the ice,
Top with chilled Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir and garnish with pomegranate arils.
