We can feel winter’s approach early in the morning and when the sun sets, but the days are still balmy and warm. Make the most of this charming in-between weather with seasonal citrus and our recipe for a refreshing wine shake to cool off the last of summer’s heat - a new take on the wine cocktail!

Recipe for the Leopard’s Leap Sauvignon Blanc Lime MilkShake

5 scoops Vanilla ice-cream
150 ml Leopard’s Leap Sauvignon Blanc
30 ml sugar
50 ml fresh lime-juice
A dash of green food colouring – we mean it, just a dash!

Combine all the ingredients and blend in a food processor until the desired thickness.

Pour into a glass of your choice.

Garnish with mint leaves and lime wedges.

Serve with a paper straw and enjoy!
