Smoke & Mirrors Wine Cocktail 

150 ml Leopard's Leap Sauvignon Blanc

50ml    Vodka

25ml    Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed

50ml    Sugar syrup

25ml    Rooibos tea, freshly brewed

What you need:

Tumbler

Glass Cloche

Lemon wheel for garnish

Semi-dried sprigs of thyme (cut long enough to be placed over the top of the glass).

Method

Shake all the ingredients, except the tea in a cocktail shaker with ice.

Strain into a tall glass and slowly pour the tea on top to create a bleeding effect with the two colours.

Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Carefully light the thyme sprig, when it starts smouldering, place it over the top of the glass and cover with the cloche.

When the cloche is filled with smoke, remove and serve immediately.
