Sparkling French Martini
Ingredients for one cocktail
30 ml Leopard’s Leap Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir
30 ml Vodka
15 ml Chambord
15 ml Pineapple juice
Ice
Method
Measure the vodka, Chambord and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker.
Add some ice, close with the lid and shake it up.
Strain into a martini or other pretty glass of your choice.
Top with the sparkling wine and garnish with some lovely lime or pretty pineapple.
