SUPPORTING SOUTH AFRICAN LITERATURE
South Africa’s moment in the international literary sun is a bit under a cloud, one of volcanic ash which has left most South African authors and publishers unable to travel to London to attend the 2010 London Book Fair where Leopard’s Leap is the official sponsor of the South African Market focus.
When we heard about an event was being held at the Book Lounge in Cape Town for the stranded authors and publishers we decided to arrange for a camera crew to film messages of support that could be posted online as well as sent to those at the London Book Fair.
