The Leopard Tail Wine Cocktail
Inspired by the Lion’s Tail cocktail of the 1930’s, this sophisticated version incorporating Leopard’s Leap Shiraz was designed by Clara-Jane Bjorkman to add a fashionable touch of leopard print!
Ingredients
30ml Simple syrup
30ml Bourbon or whiskey
15ml Lemon juice
1 Egg white
Bitters, for garnish
Method
Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake for at least 30 seconds until frothy.
Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake for another 15-20 seconds or until chilled.
Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass and garnish with a few dashes of bitters.
Use a cocktail pick to create a leopard and turn your cocktail into a fashion statement!
