Join Chef Christiaan Visser on Saturday, 24 September for a special Braai and Heritage Day SA Table lunch.
Hosted at the generous 20-seater table in the middle of the Leopard’s Leap Kitchen, Chef Christiaan’s focus will be on the influence of smoke on our culinary heritage. Not only will he demonstrate how to easily do your own smoking at home, he’ll share some of his favourite recipes – for the smoker and the braai - and treat you to a special three-course lunch.
