ALABAMA SLAMMER RECIPE
In the 1988 movie, Cocktail, Tom Cruise plays the role of a bartender and the self-proclaimed Last Barman Poet. The Alabama Slammer cocktail makes it into the poem and into the guide of most popular cocktails of the eighties.
It is all at once nutty and sweet with herbal notes, spices and citrus. Sounds perfect for summer and the festive season! To enjoy its true Southern splendour, mix it in a tall glass with lots of ice and freshly squeezed orange juice.
