CABERNET SAUVIGNON FROZEN BLUEBERRY DAIQUIRI!
Ingredients
Simple Syrup:
250 ml (1 cup) water
220 g (1 cup) sugar
Remaining Ingredients:
60 ml light rum
60 ml Leopard’s Leap Cabernet Sauvignon
1 cup blueberries
45 ml fresh lime juice
15 ml simple syrup
1 cup of crushed ice
Method:
For the simple syrup, place the sugar and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, reduce the heat and let it cook for 10 minutes. Set the syrup aside until needed.
Mix everything together and enjoy with crushed ice
