El Chapo Wine Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

45ml     Tequila

15ml     Campari

30ml     lime juice, freshly squeezed

15ml     simple syrup

60ml     Leopard’s Leap Chescato

120ml   Franschhoek Beer Co Liberty American Ale or your favourite pale Ale. 

Garnish: cinnamon stick

Combine the Tequila, Campari, wine, simple syrup and lime juice in a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into the glass over fresh ice.

Top with the beer and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
