FROZEN WATERMELON DAIQUIRI RECIPE

Ingredients

Serves 2

8 cups frozen watermelon chunks

125 ml light rum

150 ml Leopard’s Leap Chardonnay Pinot Noir

90 ml lime juice (2 to 3 limes)

30 ml sugar

Method

Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

Serve

Divide among chilled glasses and garnish with mint leaves and a lime slice. Simple, delicious and relaxing for summer entertaining.
