#MAYMIXER: PINK ELEPHANT

Ingredients

250 ml vodka

250 ml Leopard’s Leap Classic Chardonnay Pinot Noir

60 ml fresh lime juice

200 ml Barker and Quin Hibiscus tonic water

250 ml raspberry juice

lime slices (very thin), for garnish

Method

Mix all the ingredients. Refrigerate until serving time. To serve, pour over ice into chilled glasses. Garnish with the lime slices.
