A refreshing and pretty drink to treat Mom on Mother's Day!
Ingredients
40 ml Limoncello
80 ml Barker & Quin Sparkling Cape Lemon
100 ml Leopard’s Leap Classic Chenin Blanc
Some ice cubes
1 sprig of mint for garnish
To garnish: Some lemon slices and edible flowers
Method
Pour limoncello into a pretty glass.
Top up with the Sparkling Cape Lemon and Leopard's Leap Chenin Blanc.
Add the ice cubes.
Get creative with the garnishing.
Treat mom to a delicious sundowner!
