Ingredients

Ice

30ml Jameson's Irish whiskey

30ml Leopard’s Leap Classic Unwooded Chardonnay

15ml grenadine

15ml fresh lemon juice

5ml simple syrup

Top up with Leopard’s Leap Classic Sparkling Cuvée Brut

 Method

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add all of the remaining ingredients except the Sparkling Wine and shake well.

Strain the drink into a large chilled coupe and top with the Sparkling Wine.
