TOASTED S’MORTINI COCKTAIL

As a toast to a wonderful cold and wet winter – something the Cape Winelands we're in dire need of – we’ve come up with a decadent little darling. It will charm the socks off your guests whether you serve it is a warming welcome, a daring dessert or a nightcap.
Toasted S’mortini Cocktail Recipe
- 30 ml vanilla vodka
- 30 ml Milo granules
- 30 ml cream
- 30 ml Amarula
- 30 ml Leopard’s Leap Classic Cabernet Sauvignon
- 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup
- ¼ cup crushed Tennis biscuits
- 1 roasted marshmallow
Rim a martini glass with chocolate syrup. Coat in Tennis biscuit crumbs.
Combine vanilla vodka, Amarula, cream, wine and Milo granules in a shaker over ice.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a toasted marshmallow.
