CARROT AND ORANGE COOLER
Carrot and Orange Cooler
Ingredients
60 ml fresh-pressed carrot juice
30 ml blanco tequila
30 ml fresh orange juice
30 ml fresh lime juice
30 ml Leopard’s Leap Classic Sauvignon Blanc
ginger ale to top up
lime slice for garnish
Method
Stir together carrot juice, tequila, orange juice, wine and lime juice in an ice-filled Collins glass.
Top with ginger ale.
Garnish with a lime slice.
