Although it's still searing hot in Franschhoek, winter is around the corner, and it's time to stock up on products and recipes for the colder months. Liam's class on curries is the perfect way to get inspired for winter.
Liam will share his extensive knowledge of Asian food after working in Asia for many years, and the class will cover making fresh curry pastes, ingredients, spices to use and making the perfect Thai green curry.
