Leopard’s Leap, proud sponsor of the Open Book Festival taking place in Cape Town from 7 – 11 September 2013 is hosting renowned adventurer and crusader, Lewis Pugh, at their Franschhoek estate on the 8th August at 10:30am.

Lewis will visit Leopard’s Leap to do a reading from his new book, 21 Yaks and a Speedo, as well as discuss his experiences in swimming the world to raise awareness for global warming, and be available for questions and discussion with the audience present.

Tickets will cost R350 and will include a copy of Lewis’ book (that he will gladly sign at the event) as well as a light lunch served with Leopard’s Leap wines.

Lewis is being hosted at Leopard’s Leap as a guest of the estate and the Open Book Festival 2013. Other confirmed authors at the 2013 festival are Teju Cole, Andy Mason, Anton Kannemeyer, Lauren Beukes, Ian Rankin, Zapiro, NoViolet Bulawayo and more.
