Smoky Rosemary Wine Cocktail
Ingredients
90 ml Leopard’s Leap Classic Chardonnay Pinot Noir, chilled
60 ml Ruby red grapefruit juice
30 ml Vodka chilled
30 ml Rosemary honey syrup (See recipe below.You'll need honey, water and rosemary sprigs)
Crushed ice
Rosemary

Make the honey syrup by combining 1 cup honey, 1 cup water and 3 to 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary in a heavy bottom pan and bring it to the boil. Lower heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Cool down, remove rosemary sprigs and store in an airtight jar in refrigerator. You'll have enough for quite a few cocktails!
Shake well and strain into a glass. Top with the Leopard’s Leap Chardonnay Pinot Noir.
Ignite the rosemary, blow it out and dunk it into your drink.
